  2. 2 Choose a strong password or select an SSO provider (Google, Microsoft) for passwordless login.
  3. 3 Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  4. 4 Complete your business profile with company name, role, and preferred marketplace.

2. Connect Your Amazon Store

Link your Amazon Seller Central account using SP-API credentials so AutomatedAmazon can manage your listings, orders, and inventory.

  1. 1 Go to Settings > Store Connections and click Add Store.
  2. 2 Authorize AutomatedAmazon in Seller Central to generate your SP-API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token).
  3. 3 Select the marketplace(s) you sell in (US, CA, MX, UK, DE, etc.).
  4. 4 Click Test Connection to verify credentials, then save.

3. Add Your First Product

Create your first product record by entering the SKU, ASIN, and associating it with a store profile.

  1. 1 Navigate to Products > Add Product and choose between manual entry or ASIN lookup.
  2. 2 Enter your internal SKU and the Amazon ASIN. The system will auto-fetch product details from the catalog.
  3. 3 Assign the product to a store profile (Wholesale, Arbitrage, Private Label) and set the initial cost price.
  4. 4 Review the product summary and click Save to create the record.

4. Set Up Pricing Rules

Define guardrails and competitive pricing strategies to keep your prices optimized without risking margin erosion.

  1. 1 Go to Pricing > Rules and click New Rule.
  2. 2 Set a floor price (minimum) and ceiling price (maximum) to create your pricing guardrails.
  3. 3 Choose a competitive strategy: Match Buy Box, Beat by percentage, or Fixed margin.
  4. 4 Assign the rule to specific products or categories and activate it.

5. Create Your First FBA Shipment

Ship inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers using the inbound workflow to get your products Prime-eligible.

  1. 1 Navigate to Fulfillment > Create Shipment and select the products to send.
  2. 2 Enter quantities and pack dimensions. The system will generate a shipment plan with destination FC assignments.
  3. 3 Print box labels and FNSKU labels for each product unit.
  4. 4 Choose your transport method (SPD or LTL), confirm the shipment, and ship your boxes.

Tip: Start with a single product to learn the workflow before scaling. This lets you master each step without the complexity of managing many SKUs at once.
