1. FBA Inbound Shipments
Plan and execute shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers with the step-by-step inbound workflow.
- 1 Create Shipment Plan: Select products and quantities. Amazon assigns destination fulfillment centers.
- 2 Box Assignments: Assign products to boxes with dimensions and weights. Print FNSKU and box labels.
- 3 Transport: Choose Small Parcel Delivery (SPD) or Less Than Truckload (LTL). Generate carrier labels or BOL.
- 4 Track: Monitor shipment status from WORKING through SHIPPED, CHECKED_IN, RECEIVING, and CLOSED.
2. FBM Shipping
Fulfill orders yourself with the merchant-fulfilled workflow including pick lists, packing slips, and discounted shipping labels.
- 1 Pick: Generate pick lists from pending orders grouped by warehouse location.
- 2 Pack: Record box dimensions and weights, print packing slips for each order.
- 3 Buy Shipping: Purchase discounted labels through Amazon Buy Shipping or connect your own carrier accounts.
- 4 Ship & Confirm: Print labels, confirm shipment, and tracking is automatically uploaded to Amazon.
3. Order Management
View and manage orders through their full lifecycle from placement to delivery.
- 1 Orders sync automatically from Amazon. View them filtered by status: Pending, Unshipped, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled.
- 2 Track order details including line items, shipping address, fulfillment channel, and carrier tracking.
- 3 Handle order exceptions such as address issues, out-of-stock cancellations, and late shipment alerts.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels across FBA and FBM channels, set reorder points, and keep inventory synced with Amazon.
- 1 View real-time stock levels including FBA Available, Inbound, Reserved, and Unfulfillable quantities.
- 2 Set reorder points and reorder quantities per SKU to trigger replenishment alerts automatically.
- 3 Inventory syncs with Amazon on a scheduled basis. Force a manual sync anytime from the inventory dashboard.
5. Returns Handling
Process customer returns, manage return cases, and handle refund workflows efficiently.
- 1 Return cases sync automatically. Review reason codes, customer comments, and item condition.
- 2 For FBM returns, authorize or deny the return request and provide return labels when needed.
- 3 Process refunds (full or partial) and track reimbursements for FBA returns damaged in warehouse.
Tip: Set reorder points at 2x your average weekly sales to avoid stockouts. This buffer accounts for supplier lead times and demand fluctuations.
