1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutomatedAmazon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutomatedAmazon.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of Service
AutomatedAmazon is a software-as-a-service platform that automates Amazon seller operations, including but not limited to: product catalog management, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, advertising campaign management, financial reconciliation, and reporting through integration with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API).
The Platform provides tools and dashboards to help Amazon sellers streamline their business operations. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or sales results.
3. User Accounts
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Each user account is assigned a role under our role-based access control (RBAC) system; you may not attempt to escalate your permissions
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Amazon's terms of service and policies. You may not:
- Use the Platform to violate Amazon's Seller Central terms or SP-API usage policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform outside of its intended API
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Resell or redistribute Platform access without written authorization
5. Amazon Data & SP-API Compliance
The Platform integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API to retrieve and manage your seller data. By connecting your Amazon account, you authorize us to access your seller data in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP).
- Your SP-API credentials are encrypted using industry-standard Fernet symmetric encryption and are never stored in plaintext
- API tokens are cached with time-to-live (TTL) limits and automatically rotated
- We maintain strict multi-tenant data isolation; your Amazon data is never shared with or visible to other users
- You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Amazon account from the Platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface design, are the exclusive property of AutomatedAmazon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your Amazon seller data, product listings, or business information.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- We are not responsible for any actions taken by Amazon, including account suspensions, policy changes, or API deprecations
- Automated actions performed by the Platform (repricing, inventory updates, advertising adjustments) are executed based on your configured rules; you are responsible for reviewing and validating all automated operations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutomatedAmazon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AutomatedAmazon in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
- We will retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy to allow for data export
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
